<image:title>Our Staff - Suzanne Sims MA LCMHC CPTT Suzanne is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience helping women heal from trauma, anxiety, and difficult family and relationship dynamics. She is especially passionate about supporting women who feel overwhelmed, who have spent years adapting to the needs and expectations of others, or who feel exhausted by the emotional and practical responsibilities they carry. Suzanne is also a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT) through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals and has specialized training in supporting partners and family members affected by sexual betrayal and compulsive sexual behavior. She primarily draws from Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic theory, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brainspotting, somatic, emotionally focused therapy and other trauma-informed approaches to help clients understand protective patterns, process painful experiences, strengthen boundaries, and develop a more compassionate and secure relationship with themselves. Suzanne offers counseling for both individuals and couples, both in person and through secure online sessions.</image:title>

<image:title>Our Staff - Monica Nichols MA LCMHC CSAT</image:title>
<image:caption>Welcome - I am glad you are here. I walk along side you on your journey of healing sex and love addiction, developmental and complex trauma, emotional and nervous system dysregulation, and patterns that keep you stuck in cycles of disconnection, shame and fear. Maybe you do not identify as having an addiction, but find yourself using sex, porn, love, relationships, or food, to escape or feel better. My approaches are trauma-informed, non-shaming, and compassionate. I used Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand and connect with your inner world, and Somatic Experiencing (SE) to support the release of stress and trauma stored in the body. I also use attachment theory to help you explore how early relational experiences shape your present-day patterns, nervous system, and beliefs about love, safety, and connection. Christian and spiritual integration is available for people who desire it. Services are provided to adults online. If you are curious about working together, please reach out for a free 15 minute phone consultation. mnicholscounseling@gmail.com You don’t have to to this alone. Let’s begin together.</image:caption>
